Two days after her appearance, she received a call from George Michael's assistant named Michelle who said a "businessman" had offered to pay for her IVF.
In 2012, the mum welcomed a beautiful Betsy into the world with no idea that her prayers were answered by the star himself, until a few days after the birth.
He came forward with his identity, which she kept secret until his family approved that she could thank him publicly after he died in 2016.
And now, little Betsy is all grown up and has revealed her older self on This Morning.
Alison said: "I can't believe it! Look at you now!"
Jo revealed that her family always played George Michael in the house so Betsy was "always aware of him".
As she got older, Jo referred to the star as "mummy's and daddy's special friend" who helped them "become happy".
During their appearance, Betsy could be seen smiling as she was holding the card from George Michael which revealed his identity.
Betsy, 11, found out the "whole story" once she was handed the card by her mother.
George was sadly pronounced dead after he was found lifeless in bed, in the early hours of the morning on Christmas Day in 2016.
"I texted Michelle and asked if we could go public to say thank you and she said absolutely with the full backing of his family," explained Jo.

While Betsy said her favourite tunes include Amazing and Careless Whisper.
