Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) risks it all once more in upcoming Coronation Street episodes as she kisses Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) in the flat, unaware her young son, Harry, is watching them!

Damon and Sarah have been unable to keep their hands off each other for months.

Every time they sleep together, Sarah always feels incredibly guilty afterwards. She tells Damon they cannot see each other ever again, spends extra time with Adam (Sam Robertson) but as soon as she lays eyes on her secret lover, the cycle starts once more.

In this new video, Damon is in the flat after initially arriving to spend time with Adam, who isn’t around.

With Harry back home after Gail (Helen Worth) revealed that he wasn’t feeling well, Sarah returns from his bedroom and tells Damon that he needs to leave in case her mum comes back.

Sarah – once again – tells Damon that they won’t be seeing each other again, they kiss, and he leaves.

Upset by her decision, Sarah is far too focused on her emotions and fails to spot Harry peaking around his bedroom door.

‘She compounds the problem and basically tries to convince Harry that it didn’t happen or maybe he’s imagined it’, Tina O’Brien said, discussing what happens after this moment.

‘She pretty much tries to gaslight him which is followed by major, major guilt and I think that a realisation that she can’t do this anymore, this isn’t right and she can’t behave like this. So, there’s going to have to be a coming clean really.’

‘If Harry hadn’t seen anything, I don’t think Sarah would have ever said anything’, she added.

‘She thought it was done with and when Damon comes to the flat, although she has a moment of temptation, it’s also that realisation of I can’t do this anymore. Although she loves the excitement and the idea of a fling, the reality of it is completely different. She knows she’s got so much to lose, and she doesn’t want to lose what she has.

‘But then when she realises her son knows, although she’s trying to come up with ways to keep him quiet and get rid of the problem, I think that’s the point where she knows she’s going to have to come clean.

‘She knows she can’t do this to Harry, it’s not fair.’
