Who Suki and Ravi killed in EastEnders
Despite being on the air for almost four decades now, EastEnders seems to have provided some particularly dramatic storylines of late.
From Stacey Slater’s (Lacey Turner) struggles with the cost of living crisis to the intense Christmas flashforward murder episode (with the potential return of some of Walford’s most famous names along the way), Albert Square has been anything but quiet recently.
Since we first saw him on our screens in prison with Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), it was clear that Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) would be something of a villain.
However, few guessed that one of his first big storylines in the square would involve him, Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), and soap opera’s most prominent dramatic leavers – murder.
Aaron Thiara recently hinted at what might be in store for the character’s future.
But just who did Suki and Ravi kill?
Read on to find out…
Who did Suki and Ravi kill?
Technically, Suki and Ravi both had a hand in the death of Ranveer Gulati (Anil Goutam) – the sleazy businessman who tried to attack Suki after pressuring her to sleep with him to secure a business deal.
This led to her defending herself by kneeing him in the groin and trying to make her escape, only to be dragged back into the room by the vile character.
In order to escape his clutches, she hit him over the head with a nearby clock. While Ranveer fell to the floor motionless, this wasn’t actually the end for him.
Ravi Gulati would later strike the fatal blow but would keep this from Suki, leaving her to think she had killed Ranveer.
Suki’s son Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) would go on to confess to the murder in an attempt to protect his mother.
However, Suki stumbled across a USB stick containing footage of her attacking Ranveer and planned to hand this over to the police to clear Kheerat’s name, but the USB found its way into her husband Nish’s possession before she had the chance.
What the future has in store for Suki, Kheerat, and Ravi – only time will tell.
