Wilfred so glad he didnt win BBC The Traitors and would have been ashamed
The Traitors star Wilfred Webster has revealed he is "so glad" he didn't win the BBC show, telling Daily Star that he would have been "ashamed" to have won the prize pot over the faithful contestants.
Following a jaw-dropping final episode on Thursday night (December 22), Wilf was exposed as a traitor.
His downfall followed an eleventh hour warning from his fellow traitor Kieran Tompsett.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, Wilf revealed he was "close" to his other players and that not winning the show was the "best thing to ever happen" for their friendship.
Of his other finalists, Wilf said: "We're really close.
"That's one of the things I'm so glad I didn't win.
"I think if I'd won I'd be so ashamed to speak to them because literally I would have taken their money away and lied to them.
"I think the best thing to ever happen to it for our friendship is that I didn't win. "
Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, The Traitors saw 22 contestants try and root out the traitors among them in order to win a substantial cash prize.
Filming of the show took place inside a Scottish castle over the course of three weeks, with faithful players Hannah Byczkowski, Aaron Evans and Meryl Williams splitting the £101,050 prize pot at the end of the finale.
On his continued friendship with his fellow players, Wilf later added: "We're so close and get on so well.
"We speak to each other every single day. Hannah comes around and we watched a few of the episodes together.
"We're allowed to be seen in public together which is nice.
"Tom, Alex and Amos came around to watch the final."
The Traitors has already been commissioned for a second series and is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
