Boy, 3, plunges 18 floors to his death from Chicago apartment after falling through a window | The Sun

A THREE-year-old boy fell to his death from a Chicago highrise last night.

According to police, the boy fell out of the window at 7pm.

While it is unknown who was with the boy at the time of his death, the windows reportedly open inwards according to a report from CBS.

The boy's body reportedly landed on a parking structure near the building.

CPR was performed on the boy before he was allegedly pronunced deat at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

Witnesses told CBS a woman, possibly the mother of the dead boy, was seen to have collapsed in the hallway while law enforcement was on the scene.

According to officials, the boy allegedly did not immediately die from impact.
