Elle Edwards' dad sobs 'Christmas will never be the same' after daughter, 26, shot dead at pub | The Sun
ELLE Edwards' heartbroken dad broke down as he told how Christmas will "never be the same" after she was shot dead.
Innocent Elle, 26, was caught up in the crossfire of a deadly gang war as she had a drink in Wallasey, Merseyside.
The beautician's dad has now paid tribute to his "beautiful and caring" daughter after the Christmas Eve killing.
Tim Edwards wept as he spoke of his "struggle" over the past month after Connor Chapman, 22, was charged with murder.
He told Sky News: "Time moves so quick.
"In our situation with the developments, Christmas Day didn't mean anything, that had gone.

It didn't feel real and Christmas will never be the same. Christmas will never be a point of celebration for me, ever."
Mr Edwards said his daughter will "always be here" as he prepares to lay Elle to rest next week.
He also told how the "hardest part" of her death is how her life was snatched from her aged just 26.
Paying tribute to Elle, he added: "She's the type of person that would walk into the room and everyone would gravitate towards her because she was always smiling.

"She was beautiful looking and she was a great hugger. She was just a fantastic human being with a heart of gold."
The horror unfolded on Christmas Eve as make up artist Elle enjoyed a drink in the outdoor seating area of the Lighthouse Inn.
It is thought the gunman had been tipped off that a man he had a bust-up with a few days earlier was among the drinkers.
As the area was peppered with bullets, Elle was tragically blasted in the head.
She was rushed to hospital along with four men but sadly couldn't be saved.
Mr Edwards vowed Elle's death would not be in vain as he warned people against gun violence.
He said: "There's no winners with gun crime.
"If you pick up a gun, your future is over and everybody else's future around you is over. It's dead simple. It's absolutely pointless and it solves nothing.
"I want to see a positive that comes out of this. Elle's name will be used for good in the future. She can't be forgotten."
Chapman is charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and three counts of unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
He is also accused of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, relating to a converted Skorpion submachine gun.
