The mobile struck Isabelle on the head, causing it to pour with blood.
The fan, from Surrey, had to have her scalp glued and was left with concussion.
She said: ‘We were super excited for the festival, I was counting down the weeks and days.
‘The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, everyone was fired up. There were so many people there and I really enjoyed it.
‘I’m 5ft3inch and everyone around me is around six foot so I couldn’t actually see.
‘I didn’t see him have a phone thrown onto stage and didn’t see him throw it back. As it was coming towards us, I heard a lot of people scream and say ”watch out”.

‘All of a sudden I have a sharp but deep pain at the back of my head. It felt like someone had thrown a small brick at my head.
‘It was very quick. It felt like a cold, deep, sharp pain and I remember I had my hand on my head and I was blinking and with every blink I was falling further towards the ground.
‘Everyone was shouting ”get her out, move her” and yelling for security.
‘I put my hand down and saw it was covered in blood and I freaked out.
‘I got dragged out by security. One of them had his hands over my shoulders because I was looking quite pale and I was shaking and crying.
‘My boyfriend handed the phone to security and the owner did get his phone back, surprisingly free of damage.’
Isabelle went to the medical tent to be patched up and had a gash on her head glued up.

Lil Uzi Vert was among a number of performers at Wireless Festival’s first weekend, with the roster also including A$AP Rocky, J. Cole and Tyler, The Creator as headliners.
Isabelle says she has not received an apology from the American rapper. She is now urging festivals to introduce rules about throwing objects to ensure others don’t suffer the same fate, adding that she is ‘lucky’ the phone didn’t cause more damage.
Isabelle added: ‘I think it was very irresponsible.
‘There should be a rule where you are not allowed to throw anything, phones especially, for both the artist and the concert goers.
‘They are solid, edged objects and if they get thrown at force it could easily kill someone at the wrong angle.’
