Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is planning how to overhaul her new $11.5million home as part of her fresh start after splitting with NFL hero Tom Brady.

Bündchen closed on the five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on October 6, weeks before the couple finalized their divorce.

The mansion appears to be almost directly across the waterway from her now ex-husband Brady’s home, which is under construction on Indian Creek Island.

Bündchen, 42, met with high-end designer Constanza Collarte, at the new property on Monday and appeared to be discussing how she would like to change up the home.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show her pointing at areas she could potentially change at the front of the luxury property, which already boasts a pool, home theatre, and a gym.

She also appeared to donate a toaster oven to a man who appeared to be a pal of her  hunky Brazilian fitness trainer Joaquim Valente – and was wearing a shirt from her Jiu-Jitsu training school.

She looked relaxed as she talked through her vision with the designer at the front of the property, pointing out things that she might like to change 

She also appeared to donate a toaster oven to a man who was wearing a shirt from her Jiu-Jitsu training school. Sources were quick to shut down rumors that she was dating her hunky Jiu-Jitsu coach last week

Dressed in a khaki cap, white shirt and black leggings, the model looked relaxed as she chatted through her options.

The Brazilian beauty secretly bagged the sprawling residence on a prime 18,400-square-foot plot and boasts 25-foot ceilings, numerous terraces and sweeping views after viewing it just once.

Vogue cover girl Bündchen and Brady, 45, split on October 28 – ending 13 years of marriage. 

The supermodel reportedly first viewed the mansion on August 16, just days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback took an 11-day break from playing in the NFL.

His break was understood to be the last attempt to save their relationship, with his ex-wife ‘actively looking’ at homes before the break.

A source said: ‘Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on.

‘You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.’

Brady is planning to live in his $30 million home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club – which was initially meant to be a ‘forever home’ for the couple.

The area is dubbed ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’ because of the sheer number of celebrities and high-rollers in the vicinity, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

It comes after she was pictured for the first time since making headlines for her family vacation with hunky Brazilian fitness trainer, Joaquim Valente, earlier this month.

After her fun-filled getaway to Costa Rica with her kids Vivian, nine, and Benjamin, 17, and their jiu-jitsu instructor, the supermodel, 42, stopped by her and ex-husband Tom Brady’s townhouse in New York City before heading to the airport.

Last week, an insider close to the fashion star insisted to DailyMail.com that the duo are just friends.

The catwalk star and the handsome martial arts teacher were spotted out together on Saturday evening at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas alongside her two children – Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine – which quickly sparked romance rumors between the pair.

However, a source close to Gisele has now furiously denied that they’re in a relationship, insisting that the date was anything but romantic – and noting that Joaquim is nothing more than a close family friend who has served as her kids’ jiu-jitsu instructor ‘for years.’

Newly single Bündchen also appears to be moving on with her own properties across the country.

Back in February, Gisele shared a video of herself practicing the sport with Joaquim and his brothers at their gym, where at one point, she even put Joaquim in a rear-naked choke 

 She gushed about the brothers in the caption of the post, writing: ‘I feel stronger, more confidence, and empowered since I started practicing self-defense’

The couple are expected to share custody of their two children, Vivian and Benjamin. Tom also has a third son John, 15, from his relationship with Bridget Moynahan. They are shown in February 2022, after he announced he was retiring –  but he changed his mind a month later

The most recent reported purchase comes months after the supermodel had quietly snapped up a $1.25 million, three-bedroom property in February, two weeks before Brady made the shock U-turn announcement he was coming out of retirement to return to the NFL.

That purchase was subsequently approved on June 10, with the former Victoria’s Secret model’s name reportedly the only one on the deed. It was located just a 15-minute walk from Indian Creek Island, where the couple had shared the $17 million mansion.

At just 1,890 square feet, the cottage was comparatively tiny when placed alongside the enormous properties that Brady and Bündchen snapped up together over the course of their marriage, which hit the rocks earlier this year ahead of the 45-year-old NFL star’s rumored final season in the league.

Tom and Gisele confirmed their divorce in Instagram statements on Friday. She said her priority had ‘always been’ the children, but said the pair had ‘grown apart’. In his statement, Brady said the decision was ‘painful and difficult’ 

Together, the former couple own numerous properties across the country – including a $3.6 million apartment in New York City, a $17 million mansion located on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, a lavish estate in Yellowstone, Montana, that’s reportedly worth $5.7 million, and a stunning home in Costa Rica.

Brady and Bündchen have two children together – a son Benjamin, 12, and a daughter, Vivian, 9. Brady also has a 15-year-old son, Jack Moynahan, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.

The pair posted statements on Instagram about the divorce, each saying they had ‘amicably’ reached the decision.

‘The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,’ Bündchen wrote.

Both said their priorities lay with their children and asked for privacy.
