Harry’s claim William and Kate ‘laughed at’ his Nazi outfit branded ‘bullsh*t’
The Duke of Sussex's claim in his new memoir that William and Kate approved of him donning a Nazi uniform for a "colonials and natives" party has been branded "bullsh*t" by an attendee.
The Prince received widespread condemnation in 2005 when he elected to wear the offensive outfit.
In his memoir Spare, Harry, who was 21 at the time, writes that William and Kate "howled with laughter" when they saw the outfit.

Now, a former royal aide who helped to handle the fallout from the Prince's ill-fated decision to wear the outfit, said: "I was there in the middle of all of that, at no point did Harry ever say that to me.
"There was no mention to any advisers at the time that it was William and Kate’s idea or they thought it was hilariously funny.
"That recollection did not exist at the time, contemporaneously.”
Elsewhere, a person who claims to have attended the party told the Express the claim "bullsh*t".
The source said: "It was nothing to do with [William and Kate].”
The Prince has made a series of scandalous claims in his book, which was released in Spain before its official publication date.
They include the claim that Prince William physically assaulted him after complaining about Meghan Markle.
He also reveals he lost his virginity to an older woman in a field, with the identity of the woman still unknown.

He has said he was "bigoted" prior to meeting Meghan and referred to one of his South Asian friends using a racial slur, saying it was a word used by multiple members of the Royal Family when he was growing up.
In the latest revelations from the book he also criticised Prince Andrew for his association with paedophile sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, saying he was surprised to learn that his security was being stopped by the Royal Palace while Andrew's remained. Andrew has always refuted the sex allegations.
