I was forced to build a FENCE as my neighbour keeps letting their dog poop on my lawn – but they claim it’s THEIR land | The Sun
A FUMING neighbour was forced to build a fence in her garden as her neighbour kept letting their dog poop on her lawn – but they claim it's their land.
Amanda Lynne shared a timeline of all the blazing rows she has had with her tricky neighbours since she bought the house.
The woman has been at war with her neighbour over the location of the property line.
Some of the woes included him eavesdropping through the fence or walking into the back garden uninvited.
On another occasion, the neighbour's landscaper continued to blow grass onto Amanda's lawn for a month despite being asked not to.
And things escalated after the neighbour called the authorities when Amanda's husband brought home a truck.

But the final nail in the coffin was the brazen neighbour walking his dog outside Amanda's property to go to the toilet – ignoring the numerous signs she made.
She said: "Neighbour starts walking dog only in front of my house to use the bathroom.
"I made signs asking not to allow your dog to use my yard."
Amanda decided to take matters into her own hands and whacked up a fence to stop the dog wandering into the garden for a poop.

But she said the neighbour was "nosey" as she was building the fence and got his own back by putting a new "encroachment" on her land.
Amanda said eventually the aggressive neighbour tried to tear the fence down.
