A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of abduction as a desperate search for a missing teenage girl continues.

Joddielea, 15, is still yet to be found after going missing near Meadowhall in Sheffield.

The schoolgirl was last seen around 8.15am on Friday in the Barrow Road area, not far from the shopping centre.

Joddielea was last seen wearing blue jeans, white trainers, a short black coat with a fur hood and a black cross-body bag.

She is described as white, roughly 5ft 3ins tall, with shoulder-length straight brown hair.

Cops said that the man has been bailed pending further enquiries.

South Yorkshire Police have launched an urgent appeal for more information to help them find her.
