Officers also carried out house-to-house inquiries in the Lisburn area on Saturday.
Last week, detectives said the main line of inquiry was that Ms McNally was killed by someone she knew and was comfortable allowing into her home.
The marketing professional, who worked with bus and rail company Translink, was 15 weeks pregnant when she died.
In a tribute on Christmas Day, Ms McNally’s brother Brendan said he will “not now ever recover” from her death.
'LOVING SISTER'
He said: “My lovely sister Natalie, who I watched grow up since we were children. So smart, strong, independent and capable; cats, dogs; just understanding the things that no one else did.
“A part of my self I will not now ever recover. Please, end this violence against girls and women.”
Natalie’s devastated family said she was “taken so suddenly” and will be “always loved and remembered by her heartbroken family, friends and work colleagues”.
Her brother Niall previously said: “You couldn’t have said a bad word about our Natalie, she loved everybody.
“Natalie was a diabetic for most of her life and four years ago I was diagnosed as a diabetic and she was the first person up to the hospital that day.
“She talked me through everything and any time I had a question for her she would have answered it.
'LOVELY PERSON'
“In general, she was a lovely person who loved her family and friends, she was very into her activism and loved her pets.
“She would do anything for anyone, that’s the type of person she was, a brilliant, amazing woman and I love her.
“I’d like to appeal to anyone who has any information to come forward to speak to the police or Crimestoppers to help put this person behind bars.”
