Met Police officer carried on stretcher after collapsing during Queen's funeral | The Sun
A POLICE officer was carried away after fainting while on duty for The Queen's funeral.
The officer hit the deck shortly before the procession walked down the Mall towards Westminster Hall.
He fell forward near Parliament Square before being loaded onto a stretcher by concerned colleagues.
Navy personnel then rushed him away just minutes before the Queen’s coffin came through.
They carried him through a line of policeman in front of shocked onlookers.
His condition remains unconfirmed but is not thought to be serious, The Mirror reported.

It comes as a man collapsed while standing vigil as The Queen lay-in-state in Westminster Hall.
The service for The Queen's State Funeral began at 11am.
It saw several members of faith including the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, give addresses.
And Prime Minister Liz Truss read the Second Lesson from John 14:1-9a, telling the congregation: "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God."

The world watched on as the biggest event in Britain's history took place.
At around 11.55am the Last Post was played by a band of trumpeters, followed by two minutes of silence in the Abbey and throughout the UK.
Reveille, a rousing rendition of the national anthem and a lament played by the Queen’s piper closed the state funeral.
After the service the Queen was returned to the gun carriage by the bearer party and a procession is travelling to Wellington Arch at Hyde Park.

At Wellington Arch the Royal Family will watch as Her Majesty's coffin is transferred to the new state hearse.
The hearse will arrive at Windsor Castle at around 3.06pm and a procession up the Long Walk will carry the coffin to the castle.
A committal service will then take place in St George's Chapel inside Windsor Castle at 4pm where The Queen will be laid to rest alongside Prince Philip.
The Duke of Edinburgh died 18 months ago.
The Royal Family will then attend a private burial ceremony at 7.30pm.
It comes as the Duke of York released an emotional statement to his "mummy" ,The Queen.
The touching tribute noted how he will "treasure forever" Her Majesty's compassion, care and confidence.
He added: “Mother of the nation, your devotion and personal service to our nation is unique and singular…
"Your people show their love and respect in so many different ways and I know you are looking on, honouring their respect."
