A married biology teacher has been accused of having sex in her car with a mentally ill student more than a dozen times after school.
Sandy Carazas-Pinez, 33, allegedly had sexual relations with the unidentified 16-year-old student at the Biondi School in Yonkers, New York.
The relationship was discovered by the teen’s mom, who told one outlet she found inappropriate texts, nude photos, and erotic pictures between the two on his phone.
The school is run by the non-profit Rising Ground and she was ultimately fired from the role earlier this month, the New York Post reports.
One alleged text from the teacher – during a discussion to ‘end it’ – reads: ‘I know for me it isn’t going to be easy, I will miss your kisses, hugs, and everything.’

At one point, the married teacher sent a message to the teen, begging him to respond after the winter break.
‘Throughout the whole vacation you have shut me out and the only time you would hit me up was when you wanted to masturbate or tell me that you are crushing on other teachers . . . ‘ the married biology teacher allegedly wrote in January.
‘I am not a piece of ass with no feelings you hurt me and you continue to do it. I CARE FOR YOU!! I do not understand how you can doubt that,’ the text continued.
Other texts recovered by investigators reveal the extent of their relationship.
‘I do miss your touch and kisses not going to lie. I also miss seeing you masturbate, I sound like a pervert,’ Carazas-Pinez wrote.
The teacher also wrote: ‘I usually go for much older men. Yea you’re the crazy exception.’
She also said at one point that it ‘sucks our classroom camera works.’
‘Eat me? Have you done that before?’ she asked. ‘You made yourself seem like you were a complete prude but you have your fair share of experience and experimenting. I can even say you beat me lol.’
The mother of the 16-year-old boy said her son suffers from schizophrenia and mood disorder.
‘It’s the rape of a child with a mental illness,’ the mom told The Post.
She is now pushing for repercussions and for more protections for young boys.
‘As a society, we have to prioritize the safety of children who are mentally ill and boys who are sexually assaulted.’
The alleged relationship took place at the Biondi School in Yonkers, New York
Casarez-Pinez, who vehemently denied the accusations, said. ‘I didn’t even know there were these allegations.
‘He would tell me he loved me and I would just reciprocate.’ The woman said investigators have not contacted her.
She claimed the teen only ever got into her car because he had asked her for a ride and ‘it was snowing that day.’
In response to the nude photos she texted him, Cesarez-Pinez blamed the teen and said: ‘He had the passcode to my phone.’
That conversation occurred after the woman’s husband angrily confronted her about the allegations and her termination.
‘You told me you quit, Sandy,’ he said. ‘You’re done, Sandy, if this is true… You’re f**king done, pack your stuff and leave.’
The husband said Casarez-Pinez left their home and three children with him while she stayed with family in Staten Island.
According to the boy’s mother, in addition to the texts and photos, classroom footage shows the two inappropriately getting close to each other.
She said her son and the teacher even ‘fondled’ each other sexually during class. The teacher allegedly asked the young boy to lie for her in her texts.
An assistant principal at one point had cited her for breaking the school’s ‘boundary division’ after they were spotted eating together in a science lab.
‘I got in trouble,’ she texted him. ‘If you can just back me up with this, if they ask.’
At the time, Casarez-Pinez said she had purchased lunch for multiple students and had just agreed to eat with him because he was ‘upset about something.’
‘Did they see us having sex, or did they see me getting in the car? They didn’t see us having sex, so what’s the issue? … We hid from the cameras, though, right?’
‘We are upset, shocked, and appalled by the behavior of a former teacher who betrayed the values of the school by engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student,’ Rising Ground said in a statement
She replied: ‘They’re saying we were too close … that it was pretty much like us being in a relationship.
‘And that’s, like, against everything. One, because you’re underage, and two, because I’m your teacher.’
The mother said she was livid the teacher had not been arrested. She said when she went to the authorities, one joked: ‘Where were those teachers when I was in high school?’
‘If my son was not an African-American boy, and the genders were reversed, you know the teacher would already be in handcuffs,’ the mother said.
In a statement, officials from Rising Ground said they are shocked and appalled.

A spokesperson for the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office told the outlet they are looking into the case at this time.
‘Our office takes all cases of this nature very seriously and we remain committed to pursuing justice to the full extent of the law while supporting victims and survivors,’ the representative said.
A Bronx DA spokesperson said they are ‘aware of the allegations and it is under investigation.’
