Ron Jeremy accuser is 'numb' after he is ruled unfit to stand trial
British woman, 47, who accused Ron Jeremy of attacking her is furious saying ‘I will never get closure’ after judge rules he is unfit to stand trial over 34 sex assaults including 12 rapes

- She was one of 21 women who accused the porn star of rape or sexual assault
- Young blasted judge decision that Jeremy is mentally unfit to stand trial
A British former porn star who accused Ron Jeremy of violently raping her at a Halloween Party in 2000 says she is ‘numb’ and ‘angry’ that the adult actor has been deemed medically unfit to stand trial.
Lianne Young, who went by the name of Billie Pratt, was one of 21 women who accused Jeremy of 12 counts of rape and 22 counts of sexual assault over a 23-year period, leading to his arrest in June 2020.
But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald S. Harris has now ruled the actor cannot stand trial because of his ‘incurable neurocognitive decline’, after medical reports said he has dementia, is ‘incoherent’, and suffers from hearing loss.
Young blasted the decision, saying it should not have taken two and a half years to get to this point, and said she feels like she’s been ‘abused again’.
Lianne Young, a former British porn star who went by the name of Billie Britt, accused Jeremy of assaulting her at a Halloween party on the Sunset Strip in 2000
At the porn industry party at the former House of Blues in 2000, Young was dressed in a bikini when she says Jeremy shoved her onto a table and forced himself inside her.
According to Young, who worked in the US adult film industry but now works as a counsellor helping sufferers of sexual violence, the ordeal last only a matter of seconds, as she fought Jeremy off of her.
Young said at least three other industry execs watched the assault unfold, however none of them reacted.
‘People were just like, ‘That’s Ron’,’ Young said.
Speaking after discovering the defendant would not stand trial, she told the LA Times: ‘They were aware of his condition before getting us all involved.
‘They were well aware he had dementia, so I’m very disappointed that they didn’t solve that bit before letting us go on that emotional journey for two and a half years.’
In additional comments to The Mirror, she said: ‘I really can’t put it into words how angry I am. I will never get closure.

Jeremy, 69, pleaded not guilty in August 2021 to more than 30 counts of sexual assault (pictured in June 2020)
‘He could have been brought to justice much sooner, but Ron was built up to be this king who was untouchable and his lawyers kept delaying the case.
‘I felt abused again and like a pawn in a game. It felt like getting hit in the stomach by a 200mph tennis ball.’
Speaking earlier this month when it was indicated he would be declared unfit for trial, fellow accuser Charity Carson-Hawke said the star was ‘getting away with it.’
Carson-Hawke, 47, says that in May 2020 Jeremy pinned her against a hotel bathroom wall, grabbed her breasts, and tried to force her to touch his penis.
‘He followed me around and knew who I was and knew what he did. So I feel like he’s getting away with it,’ Carson-Hawke told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.
‘I wanted to face him in court. Now that’s never going to happen, and I’m never going to get closure.’
Charity Carson-Hawke, who once considered former porn star Ron Jeremy a close friend, believes he is now ‘getting away’ with his alleged sexual assault crimes after he was declared mentally unfit to stand trial last week. The two are pictured together right in an old photo
The 47-year-old property manager from Tampa, Florida, accused Jeremy of sexually assaulting her at a hotel in May 2020. They are pictured together at the hotel on the day of the alleged attack
The Florida property manager, who had been close friends with Jeremy since 1996, reported him to police two years ago, sparking the investigation and arrest that prompted dozens of other women to come forward to law enforcement.
She also sued the ex porn actor in civil court, a case which Jeremy’s lawyers agreed to settle this month for a ‘substantial’ undisclosed sum, believed to be over $1million.
Carson-Hawke was set to be a key witness in the criminal trial, as she told DailyMail.com last year that Jeremy had confessed to his alleged attempted rape on the phone to her while detectives recorded the conversation.
‘After I finished my case, I just basically walked away. I changed my number. I got married on Friday. I’m trying to rebuild my life. And then I hear about this and it’s devastating,’ she said.
‘I’ve been waiting to have closure and I don’t feel like I have any closure now. No one’s going to get closure. He’s getting away with what he did.
‘He’s a good actor. That’s what he does, he gets away with everything.’
She said she feels he should be convicted and go to prison, despite his medical condition.
‘I think if they did the crime, they’ve gotta pay for the time,’ she said. ‘He’s better off dead.
‘It’s not just me as one victim – there are many, many others,’ she added. ‘How are they going to live their lives? It’s just not fair.
‘I know Ron very well, I think he’s one of the smartest men on earth. And I think he played his game pretty well.’
Jeremy, 69, pleaded not guilty in August 2021 to more than 30 counts of sexual assault, including 12 of rape.
But yesterday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald S. Harris said the actor suffered from ‘incurable neurocognitive decline’, after medical reports said he has dementia, is ‘incoherent’, and suffers from hearing loss.
Attorney Stuart Goldfarb, who represents Jeremy, told the court in March 2022 that his client had been unable to even recognize him when he visited him in a holding cell before a court hearing, and he has been seen struggling to write his own name.
His severe dementia has been determined by a review of medical documents and interviews with Jeremy.
A hearing on whether to place Jeremy in a state hospital will be held next month, the Associated Press said.

What is dementia?
Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a range of progressive neurological disorders, that is, conditions affecting the brain.
There are many different types of dementia, of which Alzheimer’s disease is the most common.
Some people may have a combination of types of dementia.
Regardless of which type is diagnosed, each person will experience their dementia in their own unique way.
Dementia is a global concern but it is most often seen in wealthier countries, where people are likely to live into very old age.
How many people are affected?
According to the CDC, there are around 5.8million people living with dementia in the US today.
Around 5.6 million aged 65 and older have the disease, and about 200,000 under age 65 have younger-onset Alzheimer’s.
As a person’s age increases, so does the risk of them developing dementia.
Rates of diagnosis are improving but many people with dementia are thought to still be undiagnosed.
Is there a cure?
Currently there is no cure for dementia but new drugs can slow down its progression and the earlier it is spotted the more effective treatments are.
Jeremy was among the biggest names in the adult film industry, appearing in more than 2,000 movies starting in the 1970s.
In August 2020, Jeremy wrote on Twitter: ‘I can’t wait to prove my innocence in court! Thank you to everyone for all the support.’
Prosecutors allege Jeremy – born Ronald Jeremy Hyatt – restrained some of the women and raped or sodomized them – and had sex with others who were sleeping or unconscious.
The counts against Jeremy included 12 of forcible rape, seven of forcible oral copulation, six of sexual battery, and two of penetration while the victim was asleep or unconscious, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
The alleged offenses took place at night clubs and bars in the Los Angeles area, during a photo shoot, and at Jeremy’s home, the District Attorney’s office said.
Jeremy was charged with four counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object and two counts of sexual penetration of an unconscious or asleep person.
Further charges included one count each of lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 or 15, sodomy by use of force and assault with intent to commit rape.
LA District Attorney George Gascón said Jeremy’s alleged sexual assaults happened over the course of more than 23 years and involved 21 victims ranging in age from 15 to 51.
Jeremy is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl referred to as ‘Jane Doe 5’ on June 12, 2004, penetrating her with a foreign object, according to the August 19 indictment obtained by DailyMail.com.
Another girl, 17, was allegedly raped in 2008 at a home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. She was referred to as ‘Jane Doe 22’ in the court documents.
Among the first allegations against Jeremy, prosecutors claim he raped a 19-year-old woman during a photo shoot in the San Fernando Valley in October 1996.
Porn star Ron Jeremy was indicted on 30 charges for the alleged sexual assault and forcible rape of 21 women and girls, some as young as 15 years old
Prosecutors allege Jeremy – born Ronald Jeremy Hyatt – restrained some of the women and raped or sodomized them – and had sex with others who were sleeping or unconscious
The indictment alleges that Jeremy ‘unlawfully’ had sexual intercourse with ‘Jane Doe 19’ in 2000 by means ‘force, violence, duress, menace or fear of immediate and unlawfully bodily injury.’
Jeremy was also accused of sexually assaulting another woman at a strip club in City of Industry at some point between 2002 and 2003, officials said.
Another woman, 21, went to Jeremy’s home where she was allegedly sexually assaulted in 2010. She was referred to as ‘Jane Doe 23’ in the court documents.
In January 2013, Jeremy allegedly sexually assaulted a 38-year-old woman at a West Hollywood bar he frequented, officials said.
The most recent allegations stem from January 2020 when Jeremy raped and sodomized a woman identified in the court documents as ‘Jane Doe 17,’ the indictment claims.
‘Far too often, survivors of sexual assault suffer in isolation,’ Gascón said.
‘We must ensure that survivors have all options available to help with recovery, including trauma-informed services for healing and support to report such crimes.’
