Do I need more dishes? No. Have I been completely consumed with finding the perfect pale pink set for months on end? Yes.
I will readily admit that I already own more dishes than any two-person household needs, but that didn't stop me from dropping $25 on the Project 62™ 12pc Stoneware Avesta Dinnerware Set at Target.

It all started when I saw Mandy Moore's pink dinnerware from Year & Day. From that moment on, I was a woman on a mission. I set up Google alerts and made Pinterest boards, all in hopes of procuring the perfect pale pink plates.
Sadly, every time I found a set I thought I would love, I waited too long to make the purchase and they sold out.
When I came across the Avesta Dinnerware Set at Target, I knew I needed to act fast. The fact that this set was only $25 for 12 pieces? I was already mentally clicking the "buy" button.
What finally sealed the deal, though, were the comments other shoppers left about the set. They were almost all entirely positive!
"These dishes are fantastic," one shopper wrote. "I'm amazed at the quality for the price! They don't get marked up from utensils. I got the grey ones, and they go with any decor. Great for every day and easily dressed up."
Another reviewer wrote, "I love Project 69. Great dinnerware for a fraction of the price. Simple and fab. Must buy!!"
Yet another customer was so pleased, they ordered two sets! "I wanted new dishes but didn't want the tiny coffee mugs that usually come with. This set gives you dinner and salad plates plus nice, deep bowls. Just what I wanted. Sturdy, solid dishes but not too heavy. I ordered two sets."
Given the price, the perfect color and the rave reviews, I finally committed to the Avesta Dinnerware Set in pink, and I am so glad I did. I am now officially one of the many Target shoppers who loves this super affordable score.
Sadly, the pink color is now sold out, but fear not! The Avesta Dinnerware Set is still available in two neutral shades of gray, black and classic white.
