Woman appears in court charged with attempted murder after 2 children aged two and four and baby boy are stabbed at home | The Sun
A WOMAN has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after two children and a baby were stabbed at home.
The 34-year-old had been arrested after the three tots were found with serious wounds earlier this month.
The woman today appeared in court for the first time after the horror unfolded at a West Yorkshire house.
Emergency services rushed to the Huddersfield home and found the children – a four-year-old girl, two-year-old boy and three-month-old baby boy – with serious injuries.
The woman has been charged with three counts of attempted murder but did not enter pleas today.
She appeared via video link in the Leeds Crown Court and only spoke to confirm her name and date of birth.

Judge Geoffrey Marson KC set a provisional trial date of July 17.
He remanded the woman in custody and scheduled the next hearing for April 28.
The Judge said: "If a trial is necessary in your case it will take place on July 17 and there will be hearings in your case on April 28 and June 12.
"So far as those latter hearings are concerned I'm content for you to appear over prison link and you will be remanded in custody."
