Megan Fox's 14K White Gold and Diamond Grammy Nails Are As Fancy As It Gets

When it comes to going all out for an award show, Megan Fox doesn’t mess around — especially when it comes to her nails. The actress popped up on the 2023 Grammy Award’s red carpet with her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, who is nominated for Best Rock Album. Fox was seen wearing a white dress with gem accents, but the detail we couldn’t take our eyes off of was her iced-out manicure.
The nail look, which was a collaboration designed by celebrity nail artist and founder of Nails of LA, Brittney Boyce, and Jillian Sassone, founder and creative director of Marrow Fine Jewelry, were no easy feat to create. To start, Boyce made personalized, custom-shaped stiletto Apres GelX extensions that fit the curve and shape of Fox’s nail beds, and from there, Sassone 3D scanned each nail form, grew them in wax, and then cast them in gold. The finishing touch: 15 diamonds were set in the design of a cross in each nail.
Boyce and Sassone also made a complementary nail that Kelly wore on the red carpet to match Fox. Of the creation, Sassone said, “I am so excited to join forces with Nails of LA again to design this ultra-chic, gold manicure for Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly. It’s always a thrill to create something so unique for clients that love fashion and make it so much fun.”
