£50k on surgery to extreme sub-zero therapy – Tanya, Aisleyne and Gemma’s huge changes

Reality TV stars Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, Gemma Collins and Tanya Bardsley have all revealed they’ve given their bodies shock overhauls including spending thousands on going under the knife, battling sub-zero temperatures to improve health and opting for a non-surgical toning and contouring procedure to combat ageing.

Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace

Former Big Brother star Aisleyne has admitted to spending £50k on cosmetic procedures over the past four years, undergoing a boob job, liposuction, a laser procedure to tighten her eyelids and a bum lift.

The 44-year-old said: “The bum was a supercharged BBL [Brazilian butt lift], which is implants and fat. I had that done two years ago and it was really, really painful, but beauty is pain these days.

But Aisleyne has decided she wants to go for a more natural look revealing she’d like to have her breast implants replaced with smaller ones.

She added: "Katie [Price] going bigger has put me off and I want to go smaller. Hers look too big.

"As I’m getting older, I’d like to look a little bit more natural – not too much, but I’m going to go smaller. I’m not sure what size yet, but I am thinking about it.”

Gemma Collins

After long Covid symptoms made her convinced she was dying of a heart attack, Gemma Collins has undergone sub-zero cryotherapy in a bid to “shock her system” back to health.

Gemma, 42, has been suffering from the side effects of the virus since interacting it last year. Last month, Gemma thought she was going to die after palpitations “got so bad”. She called paramedics.

She said, “I said to myself, ‘Great, this is it. My time is up.’ But, thank God, it was a condition called costochondritis, which can cause severe chest pain and happens because of coughing or an infection.”

In a bid to beat it, Gemma has been having ice cryo spa sessions, which uses a thermal shock machine and goes from a temperatures of of +70C to -196C in seconds and helps to boosts your immune system.

Tanya Bardsley

She’s no stranger to surgical procedures, and Tanya Bardlsey has revealed the incredible results of a non-surgical skin treatment and admits she “looks five years younger”.

The former Real Housewives Of Cheshire star, 41, explained how a “middle-aged bloat” and sagging jowls started to get her down when she looked in the mirror.

After undergoing three 45-minute sessions of a non-invasive micro needling and radio frequency treatment called PureDerma, Tanya said: “I feel much more toned and chiselled.”

She added: “The results are just unbelievable.”
