The fruits of a new health regime were evident on Thursday as Abbey Clancy showed off her glowing complexion in a new series of Instagram posts.
As winter closes in the model had embarked on daily Pilates sessions followed by a regular collagen drink in order to stay in shape and maintain fresh looking skin.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Abbey, 36, suggested the new routine had already worked its magic while posing in a form-fitting cream crop top and high-slung leggings.

Captioning the posts, she wrote: ‘Feeling great one week in to my October health kick ! Pilates everyday followed by a collagen smoothie made with fresh ingredients and marine collagen powder to make my skin glow!!
‘I’ve been using this for a while now and can honestly say I can see and feel a huge difference !! My go to skin glow beauty hack.’
The mother-of-four showed off a set of nicely toned abs and slender physique while striking a handful of poses in the home she shares with husband Peter Crouch and their children.

The 2013 Strictly Come Dancing champion rose to fame on Britain’s Next Top Model back in 2006 where she placed runner-up.
She raises daughters Sophia, 11, Liberty, six, and sons Jonny, four, and Jack, three, with former Liverpool, Portsmouth and England footballer Peter.
The couple recently celebrated their 11-year anniversary, with Abbey trying on her wedding dress and posting a photo of herself and Peter on Instagram.

The model easily slipped back into the size 6 Giles Deacon gown, and posed for a snap in it while standing in her dining room and wearing a pair of shades.
Peter first crossed paths with Abbey shortly after he had signed for Liverpool in December 2005.
She has been by his side ever since, seeing him play for England at two World Cups and win the FA Cup with Liverpool.
