And on Wednesday, Kim Kardashian, 41, documented a test she did that measured her bone density and body fat percentage, revealing she is in the athlete category.
The tests showed that she had reduced her body fat percentage from 25% in May 2021 to 18.8% in the test done Wednesday, August 3.
Her weight also went from 124.2 down to 114.7 pounds from May 2021 to August 2022.

The person who did the test told her that her bones are stronger than 93% to 97% of the population based on her age, gender and ethnicity.

It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health and since then, afterwards, I continued to eat really healthy. I am down 21 pounds now. I’m not trying to lose any more weight but I have more energy than ever. I cut out so much sugar. A lot of junk food I was eating. I didn’t even realize it. A lot of fried foods. And I completely changed my lifestyle,’ Kim revealed.
