Bankrupt Katie Price dodges court hearing for a FOURTH time over her £3.2million debt repayment
Katie Price has dodged a bankruptcy court hearing for a fourth time over her £3.2million debt repayment.
The former glamour model, 44, was down to appear in court on Thursday February 9 to answer questions on her bankruptcy but the hearing has now been ‘vacated’.
It has now been scheduled to be heard on April 12 at 12pm – where Katie will be questioned about her finances.
Katie, who was declared bankrupt in 2019, had agreed to a payment plan with creditors.
The mother-of-five, who has jetted off on 14 luxury holidays in the last year, vowed to pay back £12,000 a month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.
In the clear: Katie Price has dodged a bankruptcy court hearing for a fourth time over her £3.2million debt repayment
A source told The Sun: ‘The court will wish to know where every penny of her income comes from – whether it be from selling old clothes on Depop or stripping out of her clothes on OnlyFans.
‘Only then can the court make up its mind about her ability to pay her debts.’
A court official confirmed: ‘I can confirm that the hearing on 9/2/23 has been vacated.’
It is the fourth time Katie has dodged jail after being given an 11th hour postponement of her bankruptcy court hearing in June 2022.
The former model had been due to attend the Royal Court of Justice to explain to a judge why she has failed to repay millions owed to creditors.
But the hearing was adjourned at the last minute with her solicitors giving no reason for the no show before the court.
A November 2021 hearing was put off until February and that hearing was postponed with creditors told Price had agreed paid off a ‘substantial sum’ of money owed.
The bankruptcy judge has the power to jail Price if he is shown evidence she has failed to meet her agreed obligations to pay off creditors.

Price was declared bankrupt in 2019 with debts of £3.2m from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd, that was set up to oversee her perfume and cosmetics line.
She has been due to explain to a judge details of her income from her TV work, including a Channel 4 show following renovations of her £2m country home.
Despite being bankrupt Price has seemingly led a lavish life, including exotic holidays with boyfriend Carl Woods to Las Vegas and Thailand.
The bankruptcy meant Katie, once worth a reported £45million, faced losing her £2million 11-bedroom mansion.
She took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015, but faced monthly payments of £12,300.
Katie was hit with a repossession order on the property in November last year.
Sources told The Sun at the time that she has failed to repay a debt of more than £500,000 on the property.
Following years of incomplete renovations, the house was nicknamed the ‘mucky mansion’ with Katie even showcasing the extent of the mess on her reality series My Crazy Life.
Money: The probe comes as she is reportedly earning hundreds of thousands of pounds in brand deals and a reported £45,000 for her Mucky Mansion show on Channel 4
