AceShowbiz -Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie) showed support to Blueface following his arrest. While weighing in on the latter’s attempted murder charge, the “Set It Off” spitter said he believes that the “Bleed It” rapper did what he did in self-defense.
“Looked like the truck was tryna run him over, looked like,” the 40-year-old said in his latest appearance on Vlad TV, noting that he had seen footage of the shooting. “That’s how it looked on the camera, s**t, to me.”
“I’m screaming self-defense,” the Baton Rouge hip-hop star, born Torence Ivy Hatch, continued. “95 rappers done died in the last 9 days, I thought my life was in f**kin’ danger. F**k that.”
Blueface was arrested in Las Vegas while he was with his girlfriend Chrisean Rock outside Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles earlier this month. He was taken into custody for felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas that occurred on October 8 and facing an additional charge of discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle or craft.
In court documents, it was stated that the incident took place outside Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas. The alleged victim said he recognized Blueface and had spoken “with him earlier in the night.”
“Words were exchanged and a black male adult in dark clothing aggressively approaches [the victim’s] truck reaching towards his waistband area,” according to the docs, it’s alleged that Blueface “brandishes a handgun and discharges what appears to be two rounds at the vehicle.”
The documents also revealed that the victim was attempting to leave in his truck after the fight, but the males may have thought he was “going for a gun” before shooting at him in his truck.
Blueface was eventually released on a $50,000 bond. A judge in Clark County Court ordered him to stay away and make no contact with the alleged victim in the case. He also must stay out of trouble, stay in contact with his attorneys and make necessary court appearances that his attorneys advise him to make. He simply responded, “Yes,” when the judge asked if he understands the conditions.
