Brooklyn Beckham wraps protective arm around Nicola Peltz as they match in pink
Brooklyn Beckhamwas pictured this weekend wrapping a protective arm around his new wifeNicola Peltzas the loved-up pair posed together matching in pink at a Wendy’s event in LA.
Brooklyn, 23, who recently claimed to have around 70 tattoos dedicated to his wife, wore a white t-shirt with pink trousers as he casually posed with wife Nicola, 27, who stunned in a pink dress that had ruffles down the front.
The couple posed as they attended a Wendy’s celebration for this summer’s Strawberry Frosty at Offsunset which Brooklyn was pictured holding.
Nicola continued the pink theme with a small pink shoulder bag which she held in her left hand while showing off her incredible engagement and wedding ring.
The couple matched the setting of white and pink to mark the Strawberry Frosty launch.
The actress wore her newly dark hair down in a straight blow dry and complimented the look with natural make up with black eyeliner while husband Brooklyn rocked a stubble look and styled his dark hair in a spikey look.
The pair who married earlier this year in a lavish £3 million wedding at Nicola’s parents’ house in Palm Beach, Florida looked relaxed as they smiled for the camera with Brooklyn’s arm around his wife’s waist and Nicola had one hand on her new husband’s shoulder.
The pictures follow the recent news that Brooklyn’s mother, Victoria, was reportedly left “open-mouthed” over her son’s commenting on rumours of a "feud" between the actress and her mother-in-law.
Victoria, 48, along with her husband, footballing legendDavid Beckham, 47, are said to be shocked that their eldest son Brooklyn, 23, broke their golden rule when it comes to not commenting on negative stories about the family.
The rumour mill had been spinning that Victoria and Nicola were feuding, stemming from disagreements following up to Nicola and Brooklyn's April wedding, andthe young lovebirds both addressed the rumours in a recent interviewwithVariety magazine.
Despite Brooklyn saying in the interview that "everyone" ie. his family and his new wife Nicola "gets along", it seems that his parents were far from impressed, as a source toldHeat: "The interview left David and Victoria open-mouthed.
"They’re seeing it as an attention-seeking stunt, and they now need to figure out where to go from here.
"In Brand Beckham, the philosophy is that you stay silent rather than acknowledge, then the story disappears. That’s how Brooklyn was raised, so they imagine Nicola quashed any attempt from him to play it down, and that it was her publicist who was sitting in on the interview.
"But the last thing they want is to inflame an already toxic situation.”
