Chloe Madeley jokes baby girl is maniac as shes smiling already at 6 weeks

Chloe Madeley is ever the doting mum as she gushed over a sweet moment with her newborn daughter Bodhi Rae.

The 35-year-old took to her Instagram account on Thursday to share an adorable snap of her six-week-old tot smiling while being held.

She captioned the photo by saying: “My little maniac is smiling already”.

Her fans quickly flocked to the comment section to coo over her newborn with person writing: “Love that you’re happy to share these – look forward to seeing your pics – she’s a beauty”

“@madeleychloe please don’t! It's beyond wonderful! I too love seeing these! She’s gorgeous x,” quipped another.

Chloe responded by saying: “@luls36 ah thank you!!!” with a red love heart emoji.

One fan said her daughter was the spitting image of her adding: “What a beauty …The image of you!!!”.

“Words can’t describe it!! You just want to eat them all up, metaphorically speaking. As in immerse yourself in them,” quipped another commenter. “Oh my gosh Tweetie Pie all over again ! What an absolutely gorgeous bundle xx,” chimed a fifth.

Since welcoming her daughter with husband James Haskell last month, the first time mum has been embracing motherhood as well as showing her bundle of joy on social media.

Whether Bodhi is swaddled in animal print muslins or being breastfed, Chloe has kept her followers updated on her journey through motherhood.

Earlier this month she told us how she refused to take painkillers as she recovers from her emergency C-section.

Chloe had planned on having a natural water birth with gas and air but when Bodhi stayed put 24 hours after her waters had broken, she was told she needed to be induced due to the risk of infection.

She said: “I’m in so much pain now that a lot of my mental energy is going on pain management. I don’t want to take loads and loads of painkillers as I’ve got a newborn to look after.

"I don’t want to be taking opioids even though I do have them. I want to be present and I want to enjoy it, and with that it means embracing pain, so the last thing I’m thinking about now it training or exercise, I’m like – I need to eat what I want to eat and recover.”

Since bringing Bodhi home from the hospital, they’ve been in a blissful bubble, staying with her TV presenter parents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan until renovations wrap up on their new house, five minutes down the road.

And while Chloe is keen to get her fitness back, she has conceded it is too soon to start thinking about snapping back.
