Just a day before, she took to Instagram and explained she’s really nervous about attending the NTAs following her split from Paddy.

The model and TV personality, who is mum to Paddy’s three children and was with him for eleven years before the couple announced their shock split in August.

A nervous Christine said: ‘I’m going to the NTAs tomorrow. I’m a nominee for the documentary me and Patrick made with our children and I’m really anxious. I’m quite nervous, just because of everything.

‘It’s not the best situation, but you know I haven’t done anything wrong and I know what a big difference try documentary made and I know how hard the whole team worked on it.

‘So I’m going to go and try and hold my head up high and just enjoy the night.’

MailOnline exclusively revealed earlier this year that Paddy, 48, had split from wife Christine, 34, after 11 years of marriage, with the pair ‘living separate lives’ for months.

The 2022 National Television Awards saw Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby booed by some members of the audience, before This Morning was announced as the winner of Best Daytime Award.

The presenters found themselves at the centre of the ‘queuegate’ controversy’ in September when they were accused of skipping the queue to see the Queen lying in state, which they both denied.

Other notable winners at the ceremony included Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly for Best Presenter, Anton Du Beke for TV Judge, Peaky Blinders for Returning Drama and Emmerdale for Serial Drama.
