Gemma Collins told you look absolutely incredible as she poses in swimsuit

Gemma Collins has been praised for her body confidence as she posted a video from a recent holiday as she urged her fans to appreciate their own bodies.

The former TOWIE star, 41, looked amazing in a tiger print cut-out swimsuit as she stood in shallow water in a pool with palm trees swaying in the breeze behind her.

Her blonde hair was pulled into tight french braids on either side of her head and she wore large sunglasses that featured a cross design on them.

She started her video to apologise her fans for not being on Instagram in a while as she'd been enjoying her "amazing holiday", before saying "I've missed you all".

After saying that she has lots of new projects and filming coming up, she said: "I just want to say to everyone out there who doubts their body, whoever feels down about themselves…

"Who's having a bad day and doubting themselves. Your beautiful-ness, your energy.

"Just keep reminding yourself you are beautiful. We all come in different shapes and sizes and you just gotta rock it honeys," as she placed her hands on her hips and then flashed a 'peace sign'.

She captioned the video: "Remember you are all beautiful in our own ways."

Her fans rushed to the comments section to praise her, with one writing: "Wow look at you," whilst another commented: "Now that’s a super gorgeous swimsuit and it suits you so well!!! Gorgeous."

Another wrote: "Ur so sexy I love ur confidence it’s so attractive," whilst a fourth penned: "You look absolutely incredible! As always."

Gemma has lost over three stone in recent years, after overhauling her diet and exercise regime following her stint on Dancing on Ice in 2019 and improving her health.

She often posts pictures and videos to Instagram of her in her workout gear as she inspired her followers to love their bodies and to get moving.

She has previously said: “I'd be really happy if I lost six stone as that would bring me down to 12 stone and a size 16.”

Gemma has been enjoying her holiday alongside her fiance Rami Hawash and she posted a sweet selfie of the pair drenched in sun as they beamed into the camera.

Alongside the snap, she wrote: "My sweetie pops love you @rami_hawash_ it’s been so nice not having hair and make up this holiday proper family holiday where they just love you as you are."

Plenty of her followers commented on the snap with red love hearts, whilst one person wrote: "You look absolutely beautiful in this picture Gemma… a natural beauty……"
