Ellie Warner has left fans in awe after welcoming her first baby, Ezra, sharing some adorable snaps on Instagram as she adjusts to life as a mum.

Now, the Gogglebox star gave fans a sincere insight into her home birth, sharing a picture taken just minutes after baby Ezra arrived, to celebrate International Home Birth Day.

In the candid snap, Ellie is sitting in a small blow-up pool filled with water in her living room, with the curtains drawn.

The doting mum is seemingly dressed in just a black sports bra and evidently exhausted as she gazes into her baby’s eyes.

The Channel 4 star declared in the caption: “International home birth day.

“Was literally the best day of my life.”

Fans praised Ellie for sharing such an emotional moment, with many sharing their own experiences of home birth.

One follower gushed: “Awesome photo – how amazing are you?!

“I work in a homebirth team and completely love it! For those asking if it’s an option for first time mums – absolutely it is, do speak to a midwife to see if it’s an option for you.”

Another candidly revealed: “I had planned home births for both of my children (now age 16 and 13) they use the birthing pool in the garden in the summer” with a string of laughing emojis.

A few eagle-eyed viewers spotted the “proud dad in the background” as Ellie’s boyfriend, Nat Eddleston, watched on in amazement with a mile-wide grin.

Ellie originally announced the arrival of their son during a Gogglebox episode after she left fans speculating for weeks.

The new mum had been uncharacteristically silent on social media in recent weeks, but flooded her page with baby snaps after making the announcement on the Channel 4 show alongside her sister Izzi.

In one snap, Ellie showed off her new leopard print wrap as she took it “for a test drive”, with little Ezra strapped to her chest.

She received waves of celebrity support, including from the official Instagram page for Gogglebox which wrote in the comments: “You both look amazing.”

Proud aunt Izzi joked: “All leopard errrythang.”
