Halsey Shares ‘Stripped’ Version Of ‘So Good’

Alt-pop superstar Halsey recently shared a stripped down version of their new single, “So Good.”

“So Good” was released as a single through Capitol Records on June 9, 2022. The song was written by Halsey, Sarah Aarons, and Sammy Witte.

Just two days after the song was released, Halsey performed it live for the first time at the 2022 Governors Ball Music Festival.

“So Good” is based on Halsey’s long-term relationship with Turkish-American screenwriter Alev Aydin, who directed the song’s music video and appears in it with Halsey.

“When you left, I bet you held her body closer/ And I was hoping you would tell her it was over/ You’re all I think about in every way I look/ I know it’s bad, but we could be so good,” Halsey sings in the pop ballad.
