Helen Flanagan hits back at mum-shamer telling her to spend more time with kids as she parties on holiday

I'm a Celeb star Helen Flanagan has hit back at a mum-shamer who told her she needed to spend more time with her kids while she was on a girls' holiday.

The 32 year old is mum to three children – daughters Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and two year old son Charlie who she shares with her ex, Scott Sinclair.

Helen is currently in Ibiza with her friend and has been sharing some stunning snaps to her Instagram, showing off her incredible figure.

Helen posted a sweet snap wearing an eye-catching sparkly crop top and matching maxi skirt paired with some black heels. The blonde bombshell posed with a pout and held up a peace sign with her hand.

However, the glammed-up snap was met with backlash as one mum-shamer wrote in the comments: “You need to spend more time with your kids!.”

Helen immediately hit back, taking a screengrab of the comment and shared it to her Instagram stories.

She captioned over the top: “I have never been on a girls' holiday like that before as I’ve always stayed at home looking after the kids.”

She continued: “Why is everything always on women?x”

Helen’s fans rushed to send the star their compliments and support on the gorgeous snap as one wrote: “Absolutely stunning”, and another commented: “Wow looking absolutely stunning Helen”.

A third wrote: “You are so very beautiful babe”.

Helen's holiday snaps in Ibiza followed a few days after she recentlyconfessed that she "needed" some "adult time"after a few stressful nights' sleep with her youngest daughter, Matilda.

The star recently posted a tired video to Instagram as she told her followers: "I fell asleep with the kids last night. So Delilah does this thing where she will not go to sleep without me, not a chance, she will just scream and scream and scream."

After revealing that her four-year-old daughter won’t go to sleep without her, Helen said she “pretends” she is going to sleep until her daughter is asleep and then she sneaks out of the room.

Unfortunately, it didn’t go to plan as Helen actually fell asleep with her contact lenses in.

Helen continued: "But also I need my own adult time even if it's just like I'm watching something I want to watch or I can speak to my friends. I just need that switch off.

"I would say I was well rested but my eyeballs hurt and we were up early this morning."

She then spent some quality time with them before her trip, as she posted a video of them going in the car to their grandmothers, as she asked them "are you excited?"
