Holly Willoughby back to reality after Christmas as she shares plans for 2023

Holly Willoughby has made a number of New Year’s resolutions and shared a mood board of her intentions to help inspire fans who are doing the same.

Holly shared the creation on her lifestyle website, Wylde Moon, alongside a previously unseen photograph of the This Morning star on her recent family ski break.

The post read: “Back to reality today! Holly’s shared a look into her 2023 plans which include a lot of reading, cooking, meditation, family walks and journalling."

The snap features the 41 year old star in a hot pink hat and cable car jumper, as she enjoyed a fondue during her stay at the luxurious Chalet Griffonner in the French Alps.

Explaining that she wants to cook more this year, Holly says that she finds spending time in the kitchen "therapeutic," writing: "I’m very lucky in the job that I do on This Morning to have a daily front row seat to the best chefs in the business cooking up a storm, and often I can’t wait to get home to try a recipe out for my family."

Holly also revealed that she’d been bonding with her daughter Belle over their love of journaling and said that the practice often leaves her feeling “lighter”.

A snap on the board shows Holly in a beautiful claw foot bath, writing in her diary while surrounded by bubbles and softly lit candles.

While many of us have similar resolutions, Holly's board featured one unusual addition: sound healing.

The ancient practice involves using ceramic bowls to produce high-pitched tones, which are meant to restore the spirit and promote relaxation.

Though it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, Holly has previously gushed about the meditation practice on Wylde Moon.

January is set to be a busy month for Holly, as she's back on This Morning and hosting Dancing on Ice alongside Phillip Schofield too.

The series will see head judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean put celebrities through their paces, as they learn to figure skate in front of gold medal-winning duo.

Joining them on the panel will be Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo.

Stars competing in the series include EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer and former footballer John Fashanu.

Reality TV fans are in for a treat too, as Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and TOWIE’s Joey Essex will also be getting their skates on.
