Janet Jackson kicks off her Together Again Tour with thrilling performance at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida
Janet Jackson kicked off her ‘Together Again Tour’ with an electrifying performance at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Friday night.
The 56-year-old singer performed 34 songs throughout a two-hour set, flanked by four male dancers on stage.
The Queen of Pop kept fans on their feet as she performed some of her biggest hits, including, All For You, Scream, Rhythm Nation, What Have You Done for Me Lately, Miss You Much and Black Cat.
The five-time Grammy winner’s highly anticipated six-act tour is set to travel across North America this summer, showcasing Jackson’s 40-plus-year career.
She also performed the tracks Funny How Time Flies (When You’re Having Fun), I Get Lonely, and Together Again, which in past festivals she had dedicated to her late relatives, brother Michael Jackson (in 2010) and father Joe Jackson (in 2018).

Earlier this week, Janet announced she is partying ways with a massive amount of classic memorabilia while donating part of the proceeds to charity.
The pop legend is set to auction off over 800 items, including her outfits and costumes from music videos and tours, on May 21.
The auction will be held live at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York and online at the auction house Julien’s Live.
Among the items are instantly recognizable outfits Jackson wore on her Rhythm Nation tour, bedazzled microphones, and CDs commemorating the platinum status of her blockbuster albums.
Among the looks made available to fans is a black suede vest with silver buttons, which she famously wore in her That’s The Way Love Goes music video.
In the original video, she paired the top with a white Native American–inspired collar while baring her toned tummy.
Another standout of the collection is a white long-sleeve puckered shirt that Janet wore in her classic Scream music video.
The song was the lead single from Michael’s 1995 album HIStory: Past, Present, and Future, Book I.
Its stylish black-and-white music video was one of the most expensive music videos ever made, with a $7 million price tag.

One striking look included a gray latex jumpsuit with brown mesh accents on the sides, with fin-like silver epaulets and Christian Louboutin high-heel boots.
Jackson wrote the futuristic outfit for her opening number on her Number Ones, Up Close And Personal tour from 2011.
In addition to her outfits, Janet is auctioning off several accessories, including a Louis Vuitton Alzer 80 suitcase.
She is parting ways with some furniture from Ralph Lauren, including a Modern Icons collection bar cabinet and a Metropolis collection bed frame made of rosewood and leather.
Janet’s super fans even have the chance to buy her old car, a 2003 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish.
It features a black leather interior with charcoal inserts, and its DOHC 48-valve 6.0 liter 12-cylinder engine can produce 460 horsepower and reach speeds of up to 200 miles per hour, while it can hit 60 miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds.
