Jeff Thomas has died at the age of 35, with his body being found at his Miami apartment last Wednesday. The top model has been reported by one US publication to have fallen from his apartment balcony, but the official cause of death remains unknown at this time.

TMZ reported on the sad news, claiming the model “appeared to have jumped from a balcony”, with police still investigating the incident.

Their report read: “Our sources say the autopsy has been completed, but officials haven’t yet officially ruled on the cause of death.”

Jeff was a well-established model, boasting over 120,000 followers on Instagram and was repped by KLondon’s AMCK models.

He has also been pictured throughout his career with an array of celebrities, including most recently Megan Fox and Nicole Scherzinger.

Tributes have been paid online to the social media influencer following the tragic news.

Kris Haigh, the vice president of Men’s Design said: “I met you many years ago in NY. You never failed to bring upbeat energy every time I saw you.

“We never know what people are really going through.

“I will use this as a reminder to ask people how they are more even when they seem happy on the outside. RIP Jeff.”

His agent Gerald Frankowski said: “It was a pleasure to have been your agent. You did everything you needed to do to succeed in the biz.

“Frustrating at times but I knew your goals and your passion to get there. More important was the friendship we developed afterwards. Your heart was always in the right place. RIP #DIT.”

Many social media users and friends also took to his Instagram page to leave their tributes to the late model after the tragic news.

“It’s so hard to process, to think that there won’t be a next time. There’s such a void. I know deep down you know that.

“You know we loved you so much and always wanted the best for you, the same way you wanted it for everyone else. I’m going to miss you, your smile, your texts, your dancing so so so much.”

Thecarozza added: “Your infectious smile always brought so much joy to my life. Rest in peace sweet boy.”

Stefano_milswky commented: “I don’t know him but this is totally sad and heartbreaking.

“Lately people are leaving so young. Let us all cherish the ones we love daily. Because tomorrow is not granted. Rest peacefully, angel.”
