Judge Rinder looks unrecognisable as he debuts washboard abs on Instagram

Judge Rinder has left fans hot under the collar after debuting his impressive six pack on Instagram.

The TV star, real name Robert Rinder, took to Instagram over the weekend to show off his gym-honed body to his 165,000 Instagram followers – and they were quick to compliment him on how great he looks.

In a pair of photos, Robert, 44, stood shirtless in front of the mirror as he held two hand weights above his head.

“Six days at @juicemasterretreats.. Body back to marathon fitness & mind restored,” he captioned the post.

Crediting author and motivational speaker Jason Vale – AKA The Juice Master – for his transformation, Robert went on to brand him as “the real deal”.

Jason replied to the post: “Genuine pleasure meeting and having you here…amazing what 6 days can do! Having said that, you’ve also been smashing the runs and the gym, but it’s paid off. See again I hope”.

Meanwhile, Robert’s celebrity pals commented on his impressive physique.

“Wow,” wrote TV presenter Gaby Roslin alongside two fire emojis, as Carol Vorderman quipped: “Ooh I've seen it in the real world”.

ITV’s Dr Ranj Singh replied with a string of bicep emojis, while Vanessa Feltz penned: “Bloody hell!! You are bionic!”

Dozens of others also responded to the post, with some of Robert’s fans now branding the TV judge as “Ripped Rinder”.

Robert’s gym transformation comes after the star recently had his Apple AirPods stolen, sparking the 44 year old to take to social media to appeal for help.

After noticing his AirPods had gone, Robert tracked the location of his earphones and told his 200,000 Twitter followers that they had been taken to Hermitage Street, near Hyde Park in Paddington, London.

He added that a reward would be given for their safe return and also the promise that the "kind person" who gave them back would not be prosecuted for theft.

His tweet read: "To the kind person who has accidentally picked up my AirPods and (inadvertently assuming they are the true owners) taken them from central London to near Hermitage St W2.

"Please return them for a reward .. and an undertaking not to proceed for theft by finding. [heart emoji] and thanks."

The tweet went on to be deleted by Robert, but he informed MailOnline at the time that he had purchased a new set of headphones and declined to make any further comment.
