Kate Middletons Coronation will be demure and fitting for a future Queen’

With just three weeks left to go until King Charles’ Coronation, royal fans around the globe have already begun speculating about what we can expect from the historic occasion.

As the guest list has now been confirmed and the Coronation concert lineup also revealed to the public, the next question on everyone’s lips is what will our favourite royals be wearing for the highly-anticipated ceremony.

One attendee in particular that has caused the most speculation, is Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, who is already well known for her keen eye for fashion and timelessly elegant looks.

Throughout the year so far, Kate has sported a number of chic outfits as she attended state occasions and royal engagements around the globe, including a few plucked from her existing wardrobe as she continues to champion sustainable fashion.

However, for the Coronation itself, it is widely believed that Kate will be sporting something brand new for the occasion, with one acclaimed stylist even suggesting two designers who would fit the bill for Kate’s usual elegant style.

Speaking in an interview with the Express, stylist Miranda Holder shared her predictions for what Kate will be wearing, as she told the publication: “She’s going to wear an incredible gown. My money is either a Packham, or a McQueen, as they seem to be the two she ends to turn to for these occasions.

“She’ll definitely have it modified to suit her, that is something they often do, is they’ll take a design and then make it even more modest so that Kate fits the bill of our demure future Queen.”

One thing Miranda also noted, was how Kate’s final outfit will largely depend on how much she wants to stand out on the day that is largely about King Charles, with the stylist suggesting rather than attempting to steal anyone’s thunder, as a future queen herself, Kate will likely coordinate with Queen Consort Camilla.

“Let’s say Camilla is in a bright blue then Kate might be in a slightly darker blue or something like that, blue is always their favourite colour,” she added.

Based on her attire for previous engagements, Miranda also predicts that Kate will wear her hair up in a more traditional style than her usual favoured loose blow-out, and even suggested that she believes the stylish royal will opt for the Lover’s Knot tiara for the historic occasion.

The Lover’s Knot tiara in particular holds a special significance to Kate, at it was one previously loved by Princess Diana, who even wore it on her wedding day.
