After hinting at getting a boob job on last week’s episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian offered some reasoning behind the possible surgery on this week’s episode, dubbed One Night in Miami.
The episode follows Kim and Khloe to Miami for an opening of one of Kim’s SKIMS pop-ups while Kendall and some of her friends like Hailey Bieber headed to Las Vegas to promote her 818 tequila.
Khloe also opened up about the reason for wanting a boob job: to measure up to her statuesque sisters while joking she had ‘different parents’ than sister Kim Kardashian.

The episode begins in earnest where the last episode left off, with Kris being wheeled into surgery, with Kim revealing she’s, ‘not nervous.’
‘My mom is 66 years young. It’s always scary going into surgery but she’s in the best hands and I’ve threatened everyone’s lives so…’ Kim says to the camera with a smile.

Kim adds in confession that, ‘surgery is really scary. I’m just low-key freaking out because it’s taking so long, but I am the family representative here so I’m just gonna keep it together and be strong.’
They cut back and forth from the operating room to the waiting room with Kim and Corey seemingly just outside, as they can apparently hear all of the spike-hammering noises.

Kris offers a refresher in confession that her son Rob Kardashian’s ex Blac Chyna is suing the family for, ‘defamation of character and interference of contract,’ adding, ‘The trial is looming over our head. It’s stressful.’
Khloe adds in the kitchen that, ‘Rob said his deposition went well,’ though Kris doesn’t think they should talk about it now, presumably while filming.
The episode transitions to Khloe’s house when Malika Haqq comes by to visit, noting, ‘a random balloon just floated up your stairs.’

Malika says she should just get her picture taken, but Khloe adds, ‘I just don’t want to hear the narratives they’re going to run with, if I’m dating or .. it’s always so annoying.’
‘Everything is so malicious these days people want to catch you – how drunk you are, if you’re on a date with someone, oh this is how she looks? Shut the f**k up,’ Khloe says in confession.
Malika says she’s just trying to be optimistic and at least they can get a good time out of it, so this might be actually worth it.
‘I just love staying in the gates because it’s safe and no one gets you here,’ Khloe says as Malika says, ‘You can still be bothered behind the gates.
Khloe adds in confession, ‘Malika has my best interest at heart. Kimberly, 99 percent of the time has my best interest at heart. If I am going to go on a 12 hour trip it’s definitely going to be with Kim.’

Khloe adds in confession, ‘How my social anxiety works… it definitely comes and goes. Maybe when I’m out somewhere, I start to feel claustrophobic, but even if I’m uncomfortable I’m gonna make the best out of any situation or what the f**k, it’s only gonna make it worse for me.’
Kim tells a group of friends that she comes up with ‘all the campaigns, all the fabrics, all the styles, like I really do everything. I’m definitely like a workaholic, it’s probably a problem.’
Kim adds, ‘My sister Khloe hasn’t been out of the house – I hate saying it’s a mom’s night out but it really is, so it’s a really big deal that I got my sister and all my friends out.’

‘B***h, you’ll thank me later because I’m editing all our photos to delete all the bad ones and they have to go to print tonight,’ Kim explains in confession.’
‘I’ll tell you if Malika looks bad I’ll delete it even if I look amazing so no one else is going to look at 10 people in a photo, but I do,’ Kim adds while the other women keep partying and dancing in the hotel room.
‘Get your fucking ass up lets go. You guys are all limp d**k motherf***ers,’ Khloe says before finally getting everyone up and out to the club.
Though… when they get to the club, it’s rather tame, as someone says, ‘It’s not even a vibe.’
‘The club we were at… is definitely not what we thought it was. I mean, we are in Miami and for Miami we’re still pretty early. I think it’s 2 AM and the club’s not supposed to get going until 4 AM, so shame on us, but we’ve got a flight to catch in a little bit,’ Khloe says in confession.
Kim and Khloe both leave as one of the other women add, ‘It was definitely more fun in the hotel room.’
Khloe adds in confession, ‘I do struggle being in big social crowds and I’m trying every single day. This trip was so good for me I just got re energized I feel really good but I’m also ready to get home to my baby girl I miss her I love her but this has been the best Miami trip. It was super fun.’
The episode cuts back to Vegas as Kendall and her friends head out for dinner, as she adds in confession, ‘I have hit my Vegas limit, we are wrapping our day with a nice dinner with all of my friends some of which have been here for the Grammys.’
‘This dinner is definitely more my speed in a private room with all my friends and just really chill,’ she says, as others arrive like Scooter Braun, Zack Bia, Andrew Watt and more.
