Khloe Kardashian’s health and weight loss was a critical topic discussed on a new preview of Hulu’s The Kardashians released Thursday.
The trailer documented Khloe, 38, receiving treatment for a tumor on her face which was linked to melanoma, a type of skin cancer which she has dealt with in the past.
In one instance, Khloe’s significant weight loss was discussed as she balanced fighting the ailment while parenting young children.
Kendall Jenner, 27, said of Khloe, ‘She doesn’t sleep, she lost a lot weight,’ as scenes of Khloe with her newborn son and at a doctor’s office were shown in the clip.
Khloe’s extreme weight loss has prompted fans to speculate she is on Hollywood’s favorite new diet drug Ozempic, although she has denied using it.
In the preview, Khloe is seen discussing her health with sister Kylie Jenner, 25, after their mother Kris Jenner, 67, informed her of what Khloe was dealing with.

‘Mom just told me that it’s melanoma,’ Kylie told Khloe in the preview.
In a sequence in which Khloe was seen sporting a huge bandage on her face, Kris was heard saying, ‘This on her face is very concerning.’
Khloe confidante Malika Haqq, 40, was seen telling Khloe in the clip that she hasn’t seen her ‘this low’ in a while.
Khloe was candid about her concerns of a serious health battle in the clip, saying, ‘Melanoma is deadly – this was way more serious than I anticipated it to be.’
Khloe previously had melanoma on her back at age 19 and she had to have surgery to remove it then.
In October 2022, she took to Instagram Stories to explain the bandage on her face after fans began asking what it was for.
She said she had to undergo an ‘immediate operation’ by doctors after she had the lingering bump checked out. After a biopsy came back with news that it was melanoma, the doctors said it needed to be removed.
At the time, Khloe said the margins appear clear and she was focused on her healing process.

Also in the trailer, Khloe was asked about her relationship with baby daddy and love rat Tristan Thompson, whom she has been on and off with over the years.
Scott Disick asked her the question over dinner: ‘How’s everything going with Tristan. Where do you guys stand?’
‘I think he thinks, lets just ride this out but no, no chances,’ Khloe said.
He had another child with Houston trainer Maralee Nichols despite him knowingly having a second child via surrogacy with Khloe.
Maralee welcomed Tristan’s third child in December 2021, one month after the Khloe and Tristan’s surrogate was implanted by their fertilized embryo.
Khloe and Tristan’s second child was born in July 2022, via surrogacy; they are parents to daughter True, five, together and the basketball player, 32, has a son with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig named Prince, six.
The Kardashians will be launching on Disney+ on May 25th.
