Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted stepping out in New York City on Friday.

The 48-year-old actor kept a relatively low-profile in a baseball cap and mask as he hopped out of the passenger side of a sports car convertible after enjoying a joy ride with some of his friends.

For their daytime outing, The Wolf of Wall Street star put on a casual and comfortable display in a black T-shirt and gray cargo shorts.

The Titanic alumnus — who reportedly tried dating supermodel Gigi Hadid, 28, ‘some time ago to see if there could be anything there, but there just wasn’t’ — also donned a pair of white sneakers.

The three-time Golden Globe winner was seen sporting a black crossbody sling bag thrown behind his back. 

The film producer jazzed up his otherwise effortless ensemble with an eye-catching gold chain on his neck.

Earlier last week, he was spotted partying and catching up with his longtime friend and Spider-Man star, Tobey Maguire, 47, in France.

While attending Paris Fashion Week with his ‘p***y posse’ pal, he also grabbed a late-night dinner his rumored new girlfriend Neelam Gill, 28.

Previously, he was rumored to be in a ‘friendly, no-strings’ relationship with Gigi after he was romantically linked and spotted out with the model a number of times in the past year. 

However, an insider disputed the reports that the pair were in an alleged open relationship.

A source revealed to DailyMail.com earlier this week that Leo and Gigi ‘did try dating some time ago’ but decided they would be better off as friends.

‘They tried dating some time ago to see if there could be anything there, but there just wasn’t,’ the insider insisted.

‘They are friends and have been for so long, but they are not in an open relationship with no-strings-attached,’ they added. 

‘People just need to let this go,’ the source continued. ‘That is not how Leonardo handles relationships.

‘This makes him sound cheap and that he is not,’ the insider contended. ‘When he is with someone, he is with them. He enjoys his friendship with Gigi, and that is that.’ 

Leo was first romantically linked with Gigi in September 2022 after the two were spotted getting cozy at a nightclub in New York City.
