Love Island fans were left in stitches after hearing the way Catherine pronounced ‘epitome’ during Wednesday night’s episode.
It comes after the Love Island villa was hit by an explosive double dumping on Tuesday night, as both Mehdi Edno and Mal Nicol had been axed from the show.
Following the dumping Catherine claimed Mal was the ‘epitome’ of happiness.
But fans were left very confused over her pronunciation of the word that she said in the most bizarre way.
She said: ‘Mal really came and made an impact like she was just happiness.’

Replying to Twitter, fans were in hysterics and wrote: ‘Nah the way Catherine just pronounced Epitome.’

Replying to Twitter, fans were in hysterics and wrote: ‘Nah the way Catherine just pronounced Epitome’

Mal and Mehdi learned that they would be leaving after a public vote to choose viewers’ favourite boy and girl.
While Mal’s exit was a sad one, Mehdi’s departure left all of the Islanders reeling, particularly Whitney, who he invited to visit him in France.
The episode saw the entire villa asked to gather at the firepit, and they were told the public had been voting for their favourite boy and girl.
Rather than keep the villa in suspense, it was immediately revealed that both Mal and Mehdi had been dumped from the villa, leaving everyone in utter shock.
Speaking after his exit, Mehdi said: ‘It’s always a sad feeling when you have to leave somewhere, but that was such a great experience, I’m so thankful for it.

Reflecting on his growing connection with Whitney, the hunk added: ‘I’d say it was great. We had ups and downs but if we focus on the ups they were so good.
‘Obviously it’s hard for me to leave now as we had something good going on but I’m hopeful we can make things work, for now she needs to live her experience to the fullest.’
Meanwhile, Mal said: ‘It all feels like a dream! I would say I feel sad, obviously, but I’m so happy that I got to experience it.
