Love Island host Maya Jama dons eye-popping backless dress for villa debut

Maya Jama teases new Love Island series

Maya Jama, 28, wowed fans and islanders alike as she strutted confidently into the Love Island villa tonight wearing a stunning white dress that perfectly showed off her enviable physique.

Fans of the show have been excitedly anticipating what Maya will wear for her villa debut this year following her iconic entrance last year, and the model didn’t disappoint.

The ITV presenter looked incredible as it once again seemed like she could be a bombshell contestant for the show.

Tonight, she entered the villa in a flattering white cut-out dress from Cult Gaia.

The chic crochet garment, which reportedly retails for £2,500, features a halterneck and backless design, with a bold cut-out waist to show off Maya’s impressive abs.

The frock also showed off the star’s toned legs and made her look suitably glamorous for tonight’s opening episode.

According to the brand’s online description, the dress provides “just the right amount of openness and coverage.”

Cult Gaia said of the Accalia gown: “This ankle-length, artistic gown is made from hand-crocheted geometric and floral patterns.

“Signature Cult Gaia cutouts at the waist only enhance the ultra-flattering effect of this dress and create an hourglass silhouette.

“The halter neckline ties behind the neck and is supported by two straps across the mid-back to hold you in.”

There was a lot of pressure on the show to make sure Maya’s latest outfit lived up to viewers’ high expectations, as her Love Island presenting debut last series sent fans wild.

For Winter Love Island earlier this year, which saw Maya taking on hosting duties for the first time, the star wore a show-stopping black cut-out dress.

The halterneck maxi, which left very little to the imagination, set social media alight.

The garment is from Annie’s Ibiza and the Monot halterneck design retails for £1,775.

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm and continues at the same time tomorrow on ITV2.
