“I was like, 16 and I thought she was so cool and then we got this much older lady in and I was just not happy about it and she told me to go and have a bath.
“I didn’t want to,” she continued. “She was very cranky and I thought, ‘I’m gonna show you’.”
The Australian actor then went on to explain that she grabbed a “big kitchen knife and the ketchup,” and said that she “sprawled out naked on the tiles”.
“I covered myself in ketchup and put the kitchen knife and I waited for like 45 minutes for her to find me. But it was worth the wait.”
Zoe then asked the Suicide Squad star if her babysitter had run “screaming from the house”, to which Margot replied, “Oh yeah.”

The bizarre situation was then likened to the 1971 American existentialist movie, Harold and Maude.
The Hal Ashby film follows Harold Chasen (Bud Cort) and septuagenarian Maude (Ruth Gordon) who meet at a funeral and teach each other about the joys of life and death.
Margot agreed that her story was similar to the black comedy before her co-host, Ryan questioned: “You produced your own death?”
The 33-year-old replied in the affirmative before admitting: “I also once practised like a pratfall on the cinema stairs at the shopping centre where I’m from and people starting calling an ambulance so… I guess I was a bit of a dramatic child.”
Following the clip of the clip of the conversation being posted to social media, fans have given their take on the conversation.
One platform user wrote: “Margot does not do simple pranks.”
Another wrote: “I forgot about Harold and Maud… I have it on a dusty shelf here… classic!”
Zoe herself has replied to the latter’s comment. She wrote: “@gayotoole my favourite.”
