The trailer for Marsai Martin‘s upcoming movie Fantasy Football has been released!

The 18-year-old not only stars in the family sports comedy, but she’s also a producer, along with LeBron James.

“Having it, at the core, being a father-daughter thing is absolutely beautiful,” Marsai told ET about the movie. “My dad is a big Madden fan… He loves everything football, so just like how your dad teaches the kid how to drive, that was my dad teaching me how to play Madden.”

Here’s a synopsis: In this hilarious and heartwarming father-daughter sports fantasy, everything changes when Callie A. Coleman (Martin) discovers she can magically control her father, Bobby’s (Omari Hardwick) performance on the football field. When Callie plays as her dad, a running back for the Atlanta Falcons, in EA SPORTS Madden NFL 23, Bobby is transformed from a fumblitis-plagued journeyman to a star running back bound for superstardom alongside his daughter and wife Keisha (Kelly Rowland).

With the NFL Playoffs looming and the pressures of Callie’s new commitment to her friends on the robotics team mounting, the two must forge ahead to keep the magic a secret as they juggle the highs and lows of their newfound success, all as they rediscover what it really means to be a family.

Also starring are Rome Flynn, Elijah Richardson, Hanani Taylor, Abigail Killmeier, Tyla Harris and Isac Ivan, plus appearances by NFL commentators Nate Burleson and Jim Nantz and NFL star Tony Romo.

Fantasy Football will debut Friday, November 25th on Paramount+.

With Omari and Kelly playing Marsai‘s parents, she opened up about getting them cast in the film.

“First we of course went to Omari, and that was very easy,” she told ET. “He’s such an amazing person.”

And for Kelly, she said, “I’ve always wanted to work with her. She is just so, so sweet and I think the kindest soul I’ve ever worked with.”
