‘Meghan’s tell-all book to attack King – whatever Harry hasn’t done she will do’

It’s been reported that Meghan Markle is planning to write her own tell-all memoir, and according to a royal author the Duchess of Sussex may be using the book to take aim at her father-in-law King Charles.

Meghan’s husband the Duke of Sussex’s memoir Spare has sent shockwaves around the world with its explosive claims, including Prince Harry saying his brother The Prince of Wales physically attacked him in the kitchen of his former home Nottingham Cottage back in 2019.

And royal expert Tom Bower, author of Revenge: Meghan, Harry And The War Between The Windsors, says Meghan’s planned book will be even more scathing.

Speaking exclusively to OK!, esteemed author Tom said: “I predicted that Meghan would release a book a year ago. This will be the next stage.

"She’ll attack the late Queen, Camilla and Charles. Whatever Harry hasn’t done, I think she will do.”

“The war will never end. They started with the Oprah Winfrey interview and they haven’t stopped. It will carry on for a long time to come.”

Harry’s book comes after his and Meghan’s Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, which saw the royal detail how his brother Prince William “screamed and shouted” at him during a summit at Sandringham and reveal it was his decision to leave the UK with his family.

Despite being dubbed 'Megxit', Harry has admitted that the decision was his and Meghan "never asked" to leave.

"How predictable that the woman is to be blamed for the decision of a couple," he said in the documentary.

But his memoir has proved to be even more shocking with its bombshells.

Other revelations include Harry confessing he lost his virginity to an older woman in a field behind a “busy pub”, as well as how he took cocaine and magic mushrooms in his younger years.

He also reveals how he smoked cannabis in his garden at Kensington Palace and at Eton, saying the drugs allowed him to “redefine” reality and see “the truth” – and that there was “another world where the red mist didn’t exist”.

Harry also wrote about his time in Afghanistan with the Army, claiming he killed 25 Taliban fighters during his second tour of Helmand during in 2012 and how he viewed them as “chess pieces” that had been taken off the board.

“It’s not a number that fills me with satisfaction but nor does it embarrass me,” he writes in the book, which is released on January 10.
