Molly-Mae fans ‘devastated’ after Tommy Fury’s rival ruined her baby announcement

Molly-Mae Hauge's fans hav been left disgruntled after the Love Island star's baby announcement was ruined by Tommy Fury's rival.

On Monday, Molly-Mae and Tommy posted the update that their fans had been waiting for – revealing their baby girl had been born a week prior on 23 January.

However, fans had already speculated this was the case as Tommy's boxing rival, Jake Paul, had taken to Twitter to announce the birth of their baby while saying Tommy now "didn't have an excuse" not to fight him.

Jake wrote: "Tommy has no excuses now…Baby’s born. Money’s massive. Immigration no issue.

"Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber.

"Tmw I’m coming to London to look at all 3 Fury’s in the eye & shake on that promise."

After the new parents finally shared their birth announcement, Jake brutally commented: "Just in time to watch your dad get knocked out."

Molly-Mae's fans have now taken to Reddit to discuss how they think that the new mum could be "devastated" that the announcement got out before she posted on Instagram.

One user wrote: "So that Paul guy was right, what an a hole to steal this moment from them, you don’t ever get that opportunity again in your life, to announce the birth of your child to everyone IN YOUR OWN TIME!"

A second person penned: "I hated that guy before and even more now, people like him don’t deserve good things, as a parent I’m so mad and I’m sure Molly Mae was devastated. With that said and out of my system I’m very happy for them, such a blessing."

Taking to her Instagram stories, Molly shared more beautiful photos as she gushed over her first week of motherhood. In one snap, the influencer could be seen cradling her baby as she announced the birth to fans.

"One week old day. I can't believe we get to keep you forever. Becoming your mum has been the best thing to ever happen to me – it doesn't seem possible but my love for you grows with each passing moment," she wrote.

"There is no feeling like holding you in my arms little one. My heart literally explodes.

"Thank you for entering this world safely for us and for blessing us with the gift of being your parents. We promise to love and care for you unconditionally, forever."
