And Nadia Sawalha was at it again on Wednesday as she slipped into a busty sheer corset while poking fun at the expectation to wear sexy lingerie for Valentine’s Day.

The Loose Women star, 58, showed off her figure in the see-through number which she wore with matching briefs, red heels and stockings.

She looked bemused as she got into the outfit and adjusted it as her facial expressions made it clear the underwear was uncomfortable.

Nadia wore her curly tresses pulled back on to of her head and went makeup free with her glasses. 

It comes after Nadia shared an empowering ‘body acceptance’ post with fans last Monday. 

She stripped off into a series of bikinis and lingerie sets in a reel shared on Instagram and encouraged her followers to love themselves just the way they are. 

In her post, Nadia said she spent years when she was younger being self-conscious about her figure, but now accepts herself ‘cellulite’ and all.

‘CELL U LITE … so the **** what!!’ her post began.

‘[Crying emojis]… so much time wasted hating on myself… The black and white photo was taken by @the_mcgiff twenty years ago… look how unhappy I was .. horrified that a photo was being taken of me in a bikini… desperately trying to cover my body…’

She said it was about ‘body acceptance’ rather than ‘confidence’.

‘Well you can see from the pics decades later that body acceptance, not confidence ( who is truly confident ) not body positive (I don’t really know what that means ) but body ACCEPTANCE is where to find the joy,’ she said. 

‘Look how joyful I am! The world doesn’t stop turning if you can find a way to accept yourself …

She finished with a quote, adding: ‘Those that mind don’t matter and those that matter don’t mind. To anyone that’s letting the nasty voices live rent free in their head today… it doesn’t have to be like that forever… trust me… I promise.’

In one image, she posed up in an England bikini and in another stripped off and went for a swim in the pool topless.

Nadia, who is known for her hilarious clips spoofing celebrities, often shares body empowerment posts. 

She told The Sun back in 2020 that she tells the ‘nasty voices’ in her head to ‘shut the f**k up’ as she ‘retrains brain’ to love her body.

‘Every single day I have to tell myself to be confident. I have to tell the nasty voices in my head saying things about my fat rolls to “shut the f**k up”. 

‘But it’s about reminding myself every day to be kinder to myself – not even just other people, it’s about being kinder to myself.

‘I’ve been doing this s*** for a long time now, it’s about retraining my brain.’
