The Backstreet Boys star savors his time with his loved ones after returning from his group’s European tour while he continues mourning the loss of his younger brother.

AceShowbizNick Carter savors his time with his loved ones after the tragic passing of his brother Aaron Carter. The Backstreet Boys member is enjoying his time with his little family after returning home from his group’s European tour.

On Sunday, November 13, the 42-year-old took to Instagram to share a picture of him cuddling with his three kids on a bed. The father of three is seen planting a kiss on his youngest child as six-year-old Odin, three-year-old Saoirse and 19-month-old daughter Pearl were all clad in their pajamas.

“After being away for so long. It just feels good to be back with them,” so the husband of fitness expert/trainer Lauren Kitt, whom he married in April 2014, captioned the snap.

Nick was touring with BSB when he learned the devastating news of his brother Aaron’s passing on Saturday, November 5. Mourning the “I Want Candy” singer’s death, he wrote on Instagram alongside a series of throwback and childhood images of him with Aaron, “My heart has been broken today. Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded.”

Addressing his brother’s battle with his inner demons, Nick continued, “I have always held onto the hope, that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed. Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss. But the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here. I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz. Now you get a chance to finally have some peace you could never find here on earth. God, please take care of my baby brother.”

Nick also broke down in tears during BSB’s performance at London’s O2 arena last weekend. He was unable to sing his verse on the group’s track “Show me the Meaning of Being Lonely”. His bandmates were seen giving him hugs and support while Nick was seen with tears in his eyes, and cried at the end of group’s song “Incomplete”.

In other news, it has been reported that Aaron died without a will. Family sources tell TMZ that the late singer was advised by his attorney to make a will before his sudden passing, because he had a young child who depended on him. But he tragically passed away before he made one.

Fortunately for the child, Prince, he will likely inherit his father’s estate under the law in California. However, there’s possibly not much left behind by Aaron as he’s said to be struggling financially prior to his passing. He still had his house, which was on the market, so the child may have security in any equity the sale brings.
