Olivia Attwood gives tour of her favourite wedding dresses ahead of nuptials
Olivia Attwood is set to wed the love of her life Bradley Dack today in an intimate ceremony – after pushing back their big day twice.
Speaking exclusively to OK! earlier this year, the star said her wedding is now "much more true" to the pair as a couple after pairing back the nuptials and reducing the guest list.
"The wedding we are going ahead with this summer is much more true to who I am and who Brad is, and it reflects our personalities a lot more," she said.
"We’ve stood our ground, we’ve reduced the guest list quite drastically and I feel way better about it. That’s one of the good things that has come with having to rearrange the wedding a couple of times! We’ve actually had a chance to take a step back and go, “Hold on, are we inviting these people because we’re trying to keep everyone happy, or because we really want to?”
And while she's keeping the venue of her wedding top secret, she will have a few famous faces in attendance.
"Some of my friends have always been on telly, but they are my genuine best friends for over 10 years. Some of Brad’s friends play football for a living, so there are definitely guests invited that people will recognise. But we’re not friends with super-famous people.
Here, the star takes us around some of her favourite wedding looks ahead of today's big reveal.
"It's so weird. Everything I said that I wouldn't like is the ones I'm really excited about," Olivia admits as she gazes at the rail of gowns.
“I’m honestly having my Sex And The City, Carrie Bradshaw moment,” the beaming bride-to-be told OK! during our interview. She admits: “This was also really good research for me when it comes to getting my actual dress. I’ve been so indecisive and driving everyone crazy!”
Olivia has since updated us on what she will actually be wearing on her big day saying it's "very true to my personal style."
"I’ve not seen anyone do a dress like this. I’m really pleased as I designed it three years ago, and my fear was that I’d see someone using a similar fabric. I would have been so gutted. But I can confidently say I haven’t seen anyone with a dress similar. So I’m really pleased with it."
Talking about her wedding plans, Olivia revealed she has hired a wedding planner to help with the organisation of such a big event.
"I have an amazing wedding planner and without her I would not be able to do the wedding," she revealed in our interview.
"I wouldn’t say it’s in my character to be a bridezilla. We cancelled the wedding twice because we couldn’t make it work. And I was like, “Look, it’s a wedding. I’m excited and I want it to be amazing, but it’s not my life purpose.”
All of the snaps from Olivia Attwood's 'funeral' hen do from lavish hotel to personalised gifts
And will she cry as she says 'I do'?
"I would say no, because I’m not a crier. But I’ve seen friends and family members who I’ve never seen cry then suddenly cry when they get married. So I don’t know. I’ve known Brad for seven years and I’ve seen him cry once, but I reckon he could be more emotional than me."
