Prince William will ‘no longer sit back’ as Harry criticises Royal Family

Prince William is said to be preparing to push back any "wild claims" included in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's new Netflix series.

The Prince of Wales, 40, is reportedly no longer prepared to sit back and stay silent if Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, attempt to smear the Royal Family.

Speaking about William and wife Kate's reaction to the upcoming series, which will be released on 8 December, a source told Express: "The Prince and Princesses' team will wait to see what's in the Netflix series before deciding what to do, but you can see the direction of travel."

Insiders claim the Prince of Wales is willing to ditch the long-standing royal mantra of 'never complain, never explain' and will be correcting any inaccuracies in Harry and Meghan's tell-all show.

The six-part series, titled Harry & Meghan, will see the couple open up about their lives and most notably, their experience during their time as senior working Royals in the UK.

Two trailers have been released for the series so far, with them both containing explosive claims and never before seen photos and clips.

The Royal Family are said to be trying to prepare for the release of the series, with William arranging crisis talks with his dad King Charles, 74.

The Royals are bracing themselves for the very worst, according to sources, with an insider claiming the show will be "worse than they can imagine".

A source in contact with a Netflix production insider told the Mirror: “I genuinely think it’s going to be worse than the royals can imagine. I’m told that it’s going to be utterly explosive and will be very damaging.”

Harry and Meghan's documentary series will be released in two parts, with the first three episodes landing on Netflix on 8 December.

The final three episodes will then be released and ready to watch on 15 December.

Netflix describe the show as "an unprecedented and in-depth documentary series" where "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share the other side of their high-profile love story."
