Stacey Solomon unveils ‘enchanted’ Christmas table full of ‘fairies and glitter’
She's known for her incredible DIY hacks and creative homeware tricks, so it comes as no surprise that Stacey Solomon goes all out for Christmas at Pickle Cottage.
The Loose Women panellist, 33, has been getting in the festive spirit over recent weeks at her family home in Essex, and after enjoying the snow and creating a Christmas door, she's now transformed her dining table ready for 25 December.
Stacey, who recently fronted her own Christmas craft show on BBC One, unveiled her festive 'enchanted' table on Instagram and shared a video of her assembling it.
The mum-of-four explained that the theme was lots of "fairies and glitter" and she had put it together so it was completed in time for the first night of Chanukah.
The large wooden table, which sits in the corner of Stacey's spacious kitchen, has been transformed with a series of ornaments, candles and decorations.
A white embroidered table runner can be seen across the centre of the table, with small fairy ornaments as well as trees and glass mushrooms scattered across the space. Small glass vases containing white flowers are also visible, along with an assortment of candles.
Each place at the table is set with a cream and gold woven placemat paired with white plates and gold cutlery, and matching napkins.
Stacey proudly showed off every inch of the table in her video and told her fans not to worry about what anyone else thinks of their creative ideas.
The TV star captioned her post: "The Enchanted Christmas Table Done It’s not a typical Christmas table but always do you! If it makes you happy don’t worry about what anyone else thinks…
"The magic of this time of year for me, is about the magic I used to dream up when I was little and it was full of fairies & glitter so that was the theme for this year. An enchanted Christmas forest surrounded by sparkles & fairies…".
She also added: "It’s the first night of Chanukah too tonight so I’m excited to light the candles on our fairy wonderland table tonight. Happy Christmakkah everyone & happy Sunday".
Stacey's stunning festive table display comes after she created a Christmas cake earlier this week using some clever tricks.
Having purchased a celebration cake from a supermarket as she didn't have time to bake one herself, Stacey got to work transforming it into a snow-themed dessert.
She used ice cream cones, icing and white chocolate to create trees, and added tiny gingerbread men to complete her creation.
"Totally forgot I promised to make a Christmas cake for the bizarre & I’m only home for 15 hours today before I’m back to wales So I cheated," she jokingly told her followers.
Stacey explained: "bought one from the supermarket and decorated it with ice cream cones and mini gingerbread men But I love it It’s unique that’s for sure Happy Thursday Everyone," with several laughing emojis.
