James Argent gushed over his girlfriend Stella Turian, on Wednesday’s This Morning.
The TOWIE star, 35, spoke fondly of the aspiring actress, 19, a year after meeting in Greece, by chance, as he likened his Italian love to a ‘young Sophia Loren or Monica Bellucci’ while chatting to Holly Willoughby and Dermot O’Leary.
The reality star told the hosts: ‘I’ve got a new girlfriend. She looks like a young Sophia Loren or Monica Bellucci,’ referring to the iconic Italian actresses who are now 88 and 58 respectively.
This Morning producers then showed viewers a photograph of Arg with his girlfriend as he said: ‘She lives in northern Italy. She’s very special. She’s a great woman.’
Dermot insisted: ‘You’re punching!’ while Holly gushed: ‘She’s gorgeous!’ to which Arg responded: ‘Lord know’s how I done it [sic]. I think she thought I was an English Michael Bublé when we met. That’s what I tried to tell her, anyway.’

In November, James revealed that he wooed Stella with Mafia movies in his home cinema.
The reality star also recalled how they ‘serenaded each other’ when they first met by chance at a restaurant in Greece in June 2022, before pursuing a romantic relationship months later.
Speaking to The Sun, he confessed: ‘I feel very lucky, sometimes I have to pinch myself to remind myself this is all really happening.’
As well as being genetically blessed, the beauty is fluent in four languages, while the TOWIE star has been working hard on improving his Italian.
Despite meeting just once in Mykonos last summer, they then spent the summer messaging and FaceTiming.
Arg recalled how he eventually plucked up the courage to fly to Italy in September 2022 to see her and see if there was a romance to be had.
The TOWIE star confessed to being ‘incredibly nervous’ for fear that when they saw each other again, there might not be a romantic connection.
But thankfully, the second their eyes met again, he gushed over how they felt ‘an amazing link’ which has continued to develop.

Elsewhere during his This Morning appearance, James discussed his issues with food, explaining: ‘When I was going through certain feelings I’d go towards food.
‘After 2 years sober and I have a good relationship with food and exercising. I feel happy and content.’
He added: ‘When i go back and look at pics I don’t recognise myself. I still can be quite body or image conscious. There are areas where i want to be more toned.
‘Exercise is going good. I got into my swimming and boxing. I’m also doing a bit of tennis.’
